Upgrade StorageZotero Not Compliant with the IEEE Style Guide
The IEEE style guide dated 2023 is the latest, and it is located at

Although you can choose a Standard type for IEEE, Zotero doesn't recognize the type when creating the bibliography entry, and is defaulting to another type.
The title of a standard should be italicized, not in quotes, and the document number should appear after the title separated by a comma. The date should be last.

After posting, I found other issues between the IEEE CSL and the IEEE Reference Guide wrt other types as well. A major problem is that the IEEE guide is not very clear, and there are a number of mistakes and inconsistencies in the examples it provides. As a result, universities have interpreted parts of the guide differently. I contacted IEEE, and will see about getting clarifications/corrections to the guide before going forward further.
