[Zotero 7 Beta] Missing collection icons when adding "New Collection"

When I try to add a new collection, most of the collection icons are missing:

The collection icon only appears on the collections that have sub-collections, and the collection currently selected in the Collections Pane.

This is probably not intended, as all collections have a collection icon when trying to add an item to a collection:
