What did I do to Zotero!!!!!!

I know I've installed some plugins. I have no idea how I got this screen or how to change it.

Where are there two copies of the article showing?

You have probably activated the split view mode of the PDF Reader.
From the top menu: "View" -> "Split Vertically".
Or from a right-click in the PDF.

Thanks! That got rid of the two views.

Why do I have notes on both sides? Two different kinds of annotations? Different add ons?

You have annotations on the left and notes on the right.
