Fail to fetch with PMID

I just started to use zotero and I always fail to import an article with PMID using the "adding article by identifier" function. DOIs always works but no PMID is attached with those files got from a DOI. It seems that my zotero is not connected to PUBMED or so.

Can you provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails?

It could be VPN I guess... When I'm in office using network from school today, it's totally fine. If I use VPN to get connected to authorized network, it says "Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again."
