Upgrade StorageError when trying to add a new citation in Word
I keep getting this error when trying to add a new citation in Word:

I have reinstalled Zotero itself, the word-plug in, and tried many other things but it does not work. If I create a new document, copying all my text in, it works to insert one citation, and then the next time I try I get the same error (and have to repeat the process of making a new document and copy the text).
What can I do to fix this issue?
