Importing tags from bibliographic data formats

I seek documentation on importing Zotero tags from bibliographic data. By experiment I learn that BibTeX `keywords` import as Zotero tags, whereas CSL JSON `keywords` (a string field, unfortunately) does not. Basic question: which bibliographic data formats have a field mapped to Zotero tags on import?

    Most that have them. CSL JSON is the exception because Zotero doesn't export Tags either. I won't run through all of them, but Bib(La)Tex, RIS, NBIB, Pubmed XML, Zotero RDF, MODS, Marc(XML) all import tags (and the ones that Zotero exports also export tags)
