Payment problem

Hey, I’ve been using the free 300MB data plan so I wanted to move on to a better plan but once I introduce all the necessary payment data it says that the payment hasn’t been completed, that I have to try it again few minutes later. I’ve already done this for several times but it didn’t work. How can I solve this problem? Am I the only one with this issue? Thx!
  • If you get that error and it persists for more than a few minutes, that's most often your bank blocking the charge for some reason without giving a helpful error to our payment processor.

    You can always email us at storage@zotero.org for issues with your subscription, but we're often only able to give the advice that we get which is to contact the bank for more information/to ask them to allow the charge.
