Upgrade StorageFeature: Removing libraries from sync

we have some large libraries, and I've observed that Zotero gets really slow (as noted in other posts). I'm not exactly sure what the conditions are, but I see it in both Zotero 6 and 7, with an overall library size of about 2 GB library or so, and particularly while syncing takes place. By 'slow' I mean that basic operations (such as moving an item to a collection) take several seconds to complete, while the UI locks up.
I've therefore been creating multiple profiles. However it would be much more convenient to be able to remove libraries from the app.

dstillmanIn a future version, unchecking a library from syncing in the Sync prefs will remove the local copy of that group while leaving it online.
