Upgrade StorageAndroid feature request: Lock PDF scaling

*Feature request* : Regarding PDF scaling, I would like to be able to lock the scaling. This is to avoid scaling and panning left to right when scrolling with 2 fingers (that is, with the annotation tool on). A similar option is available in Flexcil app with a little lock on the zoom factor icon.
