Trouble syncing across computers

PDFs are not showing up on second computer. I have followed all of the steps on https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing

    You missed some things in the steps. The two files you tried to open at the end of that are linked files, not stored files, so 1) they're not relevant for file syncing and 2) you wouldn't have been able to open them in the web library, making this computer irrelevant.
