Also, when citing standards, the IEEE citation should be
Title of Standard, Standard number, Corporate author, location, date.
However, zotero exports only the title.

According to https://ieee-dataport.org/sites/default/files/analysis/27/IEEE Citation Guidelines.pdf an IEEE citation for a Standard is the same as for a Patent. The example they gives is:

This shows the
Author, Title, Number, and Date
Choosing Standard for the Type in Zotero, will offers additional fields, and if they are filled-in, some will appear in the bibliography when exported to Word and the entry in the bibliography will be different than the one above. The Number field for some reason does not export. Choosing Patent for the type will resolve that, and the entry in the bibliography will have Author, Title, Number, and Date.
However, be aware that IEEE provides a more comprehensive style guide at

However, this guide is in conflict with the one given earlier when it states how standards should be referenced. When in doubt, ask your advisor or instructor.
