Word for Mac, all working, can add and see superscripts, but no references are visible.

I'm having difficulty getting Zotero cites to actually show up on a reference page in Word for Mac. Everything seems to be working as it should, I can insert the superscript and I see the entry, but no reference shows up on the reference page. I can add multiple appropriate references and see the superscripts, but that's about all.

Did you put the cursor at the end of the document and click Add/Edit Bibliography?
