When reading the PDF, a blue overlay appears on a certain image. Using the previous solution did not improve the situation.

Can you reproduce this with all plugins disabled?

I don't know what you mean by "the previous solution".

When Zotero is used with plugins disabled, the same problem still occurs. I have tried the solutions shown in the image below, but the situation has not improved.

That thread isn't likely to be relevant. You should reset that setting if you changed it.

Are you only seeing this with a specific PDF? If so, can you send the PDF to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?
