iOS Debug Log: D106522599

I seem to be unable to sync my attachments from the device I generated this log from.

    Can you provide another Debug ID for pulling down on the items list to trigger a sync?

  • So I can sync pdf attachments from iPad and PC. However, when I try to sync from my iPhone, the attachments are not accessible to my other devices.
  • Also, I posted another thread because I posted this thread from the Zotero app (from my iPhone) and didn’t see that it got posted (which made me believe it was related to the issue I am reporting).
  • Thanks for your help @robertludwick. Could you please go to Zotero app on your iOS device and open Settings -> Debug Output Logging and choose "Export Database File" and send us this export to zotero@support.org ? If it's too big, please upload it somewhere and just send us a link. Thanks!

  • @robertludwick I checked the data you sent us. Can you open Zotero on your iOS device and try to search for "VTZS5KE2"? Then open this item and it should show 2 notes, which should be identical. Try removing one of those notes and try syncing again. That should actually solve your issue.

    I've added a fix to the app so that this shouldn't happen anymore, but at least you can fix your issue immediately.
