Freezing While Microsoft Word and Zotero work Together

In all the work I do on Microsoft Word, I encounter situations where the Zotero application freezes and forces it to close as a result when it is open. I would like your support in fixing the error. Program versions I use: Microsoft Word 2021 & Zotero 6.0.37 & Macbook Air M1 2020
