I am trying to insert a reference with the insert note function in word and it connects with zotero but the long rectangle box which appears has a yellow/gold surrounding (I think it was green before?), and when I type in the box it doesn't recognise the letters so it doesn't offer me anything from my library. Its as though its not able to access the library although I can still see my library. I have tried different documents and closing down my laptop/word/zotero but the problem is still there.
