[Zotero 7 Beta] Collapsing the Tags section in the Item Pane also collapses the Annotation Tags

If I collapse the Tags section in the Item Pane of the PDF Reader, the Annotation Tags also appear as collapsed. Clicking on them does not expand anymore. The only way to recover from the Annotations Pane is to click on the +.

It is also possible to reach this state through tabbing back when editing a tag:

Then press Enter:

The design has changed, but the underlying issue is still here in the latest version:

1) Collapse the Tags section of the Item Pane:

2) Click on the tags of an annotation on the left:

It also expands the Tags section in the Item Pane.
I do not think that the display of the Item Pane should change based on what is done on the annotations.
