[Zotero 7 Beta] Distinguish between annotation comment and tag

At the moment, adding a comment or a tag on an annotation looks exactly the same. I cannot distinguish which one has a comment or which one has a tag:

Would it be possible to add some kind of distinction?
Maybe put the tag symbol in front of the line?
Or a background colour to identify a bit more clearly the separation between tags?
