Native Text to Speech for citation entires?

Does Zotero not have a native text to speech feature for reading citations and RSS feed entries? I searched the documentation, but only found information on reading documents such as PDFs. I'd like my computer to Read Aloud the title and other information for each entry in a collection or RSS feed. Since I only need to use this for Zotero, I don't want to enable the Windows 11 Screen Reader. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Zotero doesn’t produce its own text to speech engine, but it is compatible with major text to speech/screen reader software, such as JAWS.
