Solved: How to replace colon delimiter within titles with JavaScript?

Hi,

Somebody I'm helping with a citation style wants to replace all their items that have a "Title: Subtitle" delimited with a colon to "Title. Subtitle".

Is that possible with the Internal JavaScript API and if so could you help me with such a script?
