[Z7]"export item" export files include annotations, English can be exported, but Chinese cannot

Zotero 7.0.0-beta.81+721f54fe4 (64-bit)
item right menu => "export item" => "export files" with "include annotations"

When using "export item" export files include annotations functions, English can be exported, but Chinese cannot.

When I re import the exported file using Zotero, it appears normal.

When opening the exported file using firefox, some Chinese characters display garbled characters while others do not.

Open with edge, Chinese annotations will not be displayed directly.

I guess the exported content is missing character set information.
