Upgrade StorageAttachments downloaded by chrome connector cannot be uploaded to web library

The attachments downloaded by chrome connector cannot be uploaded to my web library.

The above image is the screenshot from my local zotero desktop. Both items have their attachments stored in proper places. The only difference is that for item-1, I manually added attachment file; And for item-2, the attachment file is automatically downloaded by zotero chrome connector.

The above image is the screenshot from my Web Library in zotero.org after syncing. The attachment of item-1 is uploaded successfully. But for item-2, there is only a link.
How can I upload attachment for item-2 as well?

adamsmithDo you have ZotFile installed? It can automatically move and link files (and linked files don't sync).
