Better BibLaTeX and Zotero Dictionary entries.

Thank you for BTT, I use it a lot.... well when I use LaTeX... ;-)

When using BBT's export to Better BibTeX (not BibLaTeX), why are Zotero's types: Dictionary Entry and Encyclopedia Entry mapped to @misc instead of @incollection ? It seems that what is being referenced here is a book section or more specifically the "identifiable part of a resource with a whole-part relationship". This is the whole point of @incollection.
  • What types of dictionaries and encyclopedias are you citing? I don't think incollection would work well for Webster or Wikipedia. Otoh, academic dictionaries/encyclopedias with names authors for each entry are probably better stored as book section

    WRGT the kinds of dictionaries::
    Today I cited: SAA Dictionary of Archival Terminology and Encyclopedia of Knowledge Organization. https://www.isko.org/cyclo/document#1.3 and https://dictionary.archivists.org/entry/record.html. When saved as a dictionary or encyclopedia entry even if the fields propagated in the entry are transferred to the bibtex output, because they are within the @misc container TeX style sheets generally do not pick up those fields. The fields would be picked up if the container were switched to @incollection.

    @misc{society_of_american_archivists_record_2024,
    title = {Record},
    author = {{Society of American Archivists}},
    year = {2024},
    journal = {SAA Dictionary of Archival Terminology},
    publisher = {Society of American Archivists},
    address = {Chicago, Illinois},

    }
