Sync stopped totally

My sync-wheel stopped turning. I can't get it move... (I exclude the group-files from being synchronized with zotero.) Is there anything I can do?

(Before that, I experienced the same problems as reported by many participants in this forum: wheels keeps turning forever, waiting for a response from the server.)
