Cannot create citations/bibliography

I am logged into Zotero. I can see my Library on the website. But if I click on the icon on the desktop or want to create the citation while writing a document, then it is not opening my Library, only the red box appears on the screen.
What's wrong?

There is no space where to write the sth:
