Zotero assigning incorrect numbers resulting in false citation

I have a new MacBook and restored it directly from the Time Machine. All data should therefore be found in the same locations. Since then, Zotero has been assigning incorrect numbers to new citations in an existing document, resulting in a different article being listed in the bibliography than the one actually cited with the help of the word add-in.
