Library Format
Good evening all. I am new to Zotero but have been successful in creating a library of 200 items, establishing groups and exporting the data to create a bibliography. All in all, it's gone well. My problem is that members of the groups are able to view the library and the formatting is challenging. Essentially, rather then presenting the items in alpha order, the items in the Library are listed in order by the date entered. As there are 9 pages of items this makes finding a particular one quite challenging. Can you tell me how to make the items appear in the Library in the same order they appear in the center frame of the Zotero worksheet.

You can make items easier to find by placing them in collections (which do appear in the library). Also, you can share items using a group library, so that other people actually have them in their zotero (and sort them as they please).
I don't believe it is possible to sort libraries on the website. You can break down your group library into smaller chunks by creating collections of related items within it.
