Upgrade StorageBought storage but getting file not found error

Having the same issue. Bought unlimited storage so we can share pdfs between group members, but am getting File not found error, "It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero, or, if the file was added on another computer, it may not yet have been synced to zotero.org."
I get the citations but not the attachments. I have a warning saying my group has exceeded its quota but my storage is unlimited (I am the creator of the group).
