Zotero 7 Beta: Horizontal rule in Markdown no longer shows in Notes

Something has happened since yesterday that prevents a horizontal rule from showing when I type the "---" I have always used in Markdown in a note. I think it's creating a rule, but it's either white on white or transparent. When I do the Markdown on a note in my Web Library online, I see a pale gray rule. I have tried it with and without plugins active.
