Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reloading the Vox page in your browser and saving it, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
Can you provide another Debug ID — let's say from Firefox this time — for the first attempt to save after restarting your browser? There doesn't appear to be any problem in the Zotero app. Your last Debug ID from Chrome was after you had already tried to save, so there was an active attempt that hadn't finished.

I am resubmitting another debug ID as two webpages now have now successfully managed to create snapshots, but the delay is really long (about a minute after I clicked on the Zotero connector button: D1042570975
This issue, I believe, has started to appear after I registered to a paid service to host files on the Zotero storage solution. I'm mentioning this in case it could be linked.
Is there any way to make snapshot works as fast as it did before (it was almost instantaneous)?

Given your comment that there was an active attempt that hadn't finished, I restarted my computer and then opened Zotero and Firefox.
