Zotero integration is slow with Word for Mac

    I have used Zotero for years, and I have never had such bad problems with freezing when using word for mac before this. I am using numerical citation Vancouver style references which i haven't before, but have disabled automatic updates. Zotero is freezing every second reference I try to insert, and I have to quit and restart Zotero every time it freezes (it never resolves). It is a nightmare. Complete pain in the arse.

    Submit a Debug ID for an attempt to insert a citation that is slow (do not use Restart with Debugging enabled option). What is the full version number of Word that you are running?
