How to remove zotero-plugins outside of the Zotero.

Recently, due to the out-of-memory issues caused by unknown plugin, the Zotero hangs up when loading plugins. Then I can not operate the Zotero and remove the bugging plugin. How I can remove the plugins outside of the software, i.e., in the terminal?

    You can hold down Shift (Windows) or Option (Mac) to launch Zotero in Troubleshooting Mode with all plugins disabled.

    Alternatively, you can go to your Zotero profile directory and delete extensions.json and the extensions folder.
