Zotero Connector can't download PDF files from ScienceDirect

Same issue, same error code. Tried multiple browsers, checked settings, etc.

Signed in through my university but cannot retrieve PDF files when I capture the link through Zotero Connector. If I do it manually (download PDF and import as separate file, it often does not carry metadata. Catch 22 situation... how do I resolve this?

@s1968258: Please start your own threads for all questions from now on, and read the responses people give you. adamsmith already answered you about this in another thread you posted to.
