Files not syncing from iPad to Mac

Following the troubleshooting guide, I've determined that there is no reported syncing error on the iPad, but the files do not show up in Zotero storage on the web.

I'm running 1.0.36.

  • You'll need to provide the info requested on Files Not Syncing.
  • Well, maybe I missed something (sorry!), but I didn't and don't see what more information to provide in this case. Following the steps:

    1. Device A is the iPad, Device B is my Mac laptop
    2. N/A
    3. There is no sync error reported, so there is no debug ID
    4. (No sync error, Zotero storage) confirmed that the file was not uploaded
    5. N/A
    6. N/A
    7. (again, no sync error, which makes sense since there was no upload)
    8. N/A

    So I've isolated the problem as originally described, but I don't see what else is being asked for in that guide. What did I miss?

  • Sorry, we need to update Step 5 for when Device A is iOS. Even though you can't do a Reset File Sync History in the iOS app, we still need a Debug ID for adding the file and the sync attempt that immediately follows.
