Issue with Importing Mendeley Library into Zotero

I tried to import my Mendeley library, but Zotero tells me that it can't log in due to my credentials. I've tried them many times and made sure they are correctly written, but it still won't let me in. Finally, I changed the password in Mendeley Reference Manager and have no problems accessing my library, but Zotero still won't let me import it.

If your Mendeley account requires institutional credentials to log in, you may need to create a separate Mendeley account and connect it to the institutional account, and then use the personal account to log in. Otherwise, please provide Debug ID from the failed authentication attempt.
