Upgrade Storage[Z7 Beta] Can no longer "Show on page" after merging items - "undefined"

I've noticed the following problem with 7.0.0-beta.77. While searching for a book in my library I've noticed that I had two entries in my library and thus merged them. After merging (and removing two item notes that were no longer needed) I opened the item note. While going through it I found that I could no longer use the "Show on page" function - clicking on it just does nothing. Copying & pasting a citation from the note into a plain text editor shows that it now looks like this
„Quote“ ([De-Shalit, 2006, p. 13](zotero://select/library/items/undefined3DPCXG5N)) ([pdf](zotero://open-pdf/library/items/undefinedAPGKU4PV?page=38&annotation=47WE83LP))
I assume the problem is that Zotero added "undefined" before the item ID. I tried copying and pasting the note into a plain text editor, removing all the undefined and re-entering the cleaned text into a new item note but Zotero didn't turn the text into live citations - is there a way of achieving that?
