Access to the file was denied

I'm am suddenly unable to open snapshots of websites that I have added to Zotero. The error I get is:

Access to the file was denied

The file at /home/sliman/snap/zotero-snap/common/Zotero/storage/CNXJMBNL/kamil-abt-split-personality-recenzja.html is not readable.

It may have been removed, moved, or file permissions may be preventing access.

Please advise.

    OS = Ubuntu 23.10

    What happens when you navigate to that location in your file system? Is the file there? Can you open it (it'd open in a browser)

    When I navigate to the directory, the file is there but I can't open it with my browser. I can, however, access it using a text editor.

    It turns out that the problem was with the Zotero snap version. Using the official tarball has solved the problem.
