attachment can not open in build-in readers

most of the time, I use Zotero on my PC, and my attachments are saved in the one drive. When I use Zotero on my laptop, the attachment can be found and opened in other PDF readers(Fig1, however, it can not be opened in the build-in reader (block in the loading page, Fig2)

version win11, 7.0.0-beta.77+adaa61f2c (64-bit)( this problem also exist in previous Zotero 7 version.

    When Zotero cannot open the linked PDF attachment on your laptop, does the error message show the location where it is looking for the PDF ? Is the PDF actually at that exact location ? Are PDFs at exactly the same path on both computers ? (if not, do you have a Linked Attachment Base Directory setting on both computers ?)

    You mention two recent versions of the v7 beta - did things work in earlier versions, or under v6 ?

    @tim820: A PDF tab doesn't open if it can't find the file, so those first few questions aren't relevant.

    @zhangchj: Can you provide a Debug ID for trying to open the file?

    @dstillman but doesn't Zotero always show a popup message saying it can't locate a linked attachment file (on onedrive in this case) when you try to open it ? And that message usually shows the path where Zotero thinks the file should be ?

    But that's not the issue — that's my point. zhangchj provided a screenshot showing a PDF tab that says "Loading…".

    Sorry，I think I just find way to sovle the problem.
    Last time，I uninstall the zotero then re install， it
    doesn't work.

    yesterday, after report the bug , I uninstall the zotero and delate the local item data. Then, I sync the data from cloud after re-install. It is working! I guess the problem is something wrong of the data when I switch zotero6 to 7.

    It had Debug before, and I repoted in zotero
