Can't find a book with ISBN 9780137515424

In Zetero 6, the ISBN of 9780137515424 can't return the book information. However, https://isbnsearch.org/isbn/9780137515424 will show the information. What is the problem?

    The book probably can't be found in any source used for ISBN lookup, for example it is not in WorldCat https://search.worldcat.org/search?q=9780137515424&offset=1

    You can try to find it (or an equivalent print version since this is an ebook; that would involve only minimal manual changes to get the metadata exactly right) in a library or bookstore catalog and save the reference using the browser connector instead of adding it by identifier.
