Zotero Word Add in - Visual Basics for Applications Run time error, file not found user

I was having trouble with Zotero crashing my word document every time I used it. I uninstalled and reinstalled, then the add in no longer showed up in Word. Performed all troubleshooting steps then manually reinstalled Zotero.dotm and added to word start up folder. Add in showed up in Word but now when I click on any of the functions I get a error that says Visual Basics for Applications Run time error 53, File not found user32.

    Submit a Report ID from Zotero. What version of Word (full version number) are you using? Where did you get the Zotero.dotm file that you manually installed?
