Upgrade StorageABI/Inform Global through ProQuest

I see that ABI/Inform Global through ProQuest is listed in your list of compatible sites, but I've been trying on a few different computers over the past few days, with no luck. Zotero senses the records, and allows me to choose them, but after that step, the red box in the bottom right pops up and tells me that that there is an "error processing this request. Consult the known translator issues page."
