Zotero-Libreoffice Bug: Citations inside different image captions get merged

I'm experiencing strange behavior when placing multiple citations inside different libreoffice image captions. When hitting the refresh button they all get merged into a single image caption, meaning some citations move to a different image caption text box.

Citations in captions are not supported.

I note that it worked perfectly a few months ago before I updated Libreoffice and Zotero.

It is not possible for me to forgo the insertion of bibliographic references with the title of the image.

How to do it?
