Files shown as "stored" on app, and "linked" on server

Almost all my files started showing up as "linked" on server, but they are "stored" on app, so I can't even click on "convert linked files..." because the button is greyed out.
Now, all these files are unsynced and I have no idea how to solve this.

Did you resolve this? Basically all your files are stored online.

Yes. I solved this using the app reset button.
