References deleted after running out of storage

Hello. I had no idea I was going to run out of storage and have now lost months of work of collecting papers. Is there any way to get these back/ restore an older Zotero library? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

This is some sort of misunderstanding. Items are never deleted when you run out of storage.

Can you step back and explain the exact problem you're experiencing?
