PDFs in Group Library

Hi I am new to Zotero. I use the Mac application. I have created a new group that I hope to share with my supervisor but when I drag and drop my articles from my library to this group the pdf files don't show up in the group library. I want to be able to annotate the pdfs and discuss them with my supervisor but each time I try 'find available pdf' it fails.

My group library is public closed and any group members can edit.

Please let me know what I need to do to have the pdfs and be able to annotate them so that my supervisor could see them from her account. Thanks!
  • Make sure attachments are set to copy to groups in the General pane of the settings.

    If you previously dragged the items while the group didn't allow files, you'll need to delete the items in the group library and re-drag the items to have the attachments copy over.
