Upgrade StorageData Sync Error
Hi, I'm getting a similar problem to that reported in some earlier forums about syncing data (for instance http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/4182/synchronizing-empty-response-from-server-id-1924310576/ and http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/4270/first-sync-error/). My report ID is 1324723488.
When I try to sync on my main computer, it thinks about it for a little bit, but then comes up with the error message: "Empty repsonse from server." As far as I can work out the problem has something to do with two items by James C Scott that I ripped off Amazon. I've tried deleting them, but it doesn't seem to have helped.
Any help would be much appreciated.

cnewfI have the same problem - report ID 480496428. I've used about 4% of my purchased space and the syncing function operates poorly, even after "manual sync" corrections are performed

seanThere's no need to try to reset your account manually or perform any other interventions at this time. We're just mopping up from a DDoS attack right now.
