[Zotero 7 Beta] Remove other libraries from the Add Related window

I understand that it is not allowed to add related items from another library.

[JavaScript Error: "TypeError: Zotero.alert.alert is not a function" {file: "chrome://zotero/content/elements/relatedBox.js" line: 154}]

But the Add Related window still shows all the libraries in the Collections Pane.
They should probably be removed.
Or add an error window explaining that it is not allowed, instead of failing silently.

That's just a bug displaying the error message ("You cannot relate items in different libraries."), but we can try to hide other libraries in that dialog.
