Storage still full after deleting a lot of items

Hello, I have a 2GB storage plan that is almost full. I performed a deep cleaning of my Zotero program, removing many items with attachments, and now I only have a few items left in my library, with the "Trash" empty. Despite this, when I check my online storage, it still appears full. I have repeatedly checked the online storage and even forcefully clicked the "sync" button, but it continues to show that the storage is almost full and cannot be synchronized. Why is this happening? Thank you.

Not sure why you think this. You have hundreds of items in your library, using 1.8 GB of storage.
