ISSUES WITH IMPORTING FROM MENDELEY

When clicking to "import" from Mendeley, you need to sign in with your Mendeley credentials. The thing is that I can't get to sign in with my username and my password from Mendeley, while I can with Mendeley.

It says, translated from Spanish: "you have failed in signing-in Mendeley. Please, introduce again your credentials and try again". And once I try again, it shows the same. But my credentials from Mendeley work for Mendeley, they haven't changed. I have tried changing my password in mendeley, but it doesnt let me either.

Could you please provide a Debug ID from a failed authentication attempt in Mendeley importer in Zotero, where you believe you've entered correct login/password?

That just shows Zotero startup — nothing related to a Mendeley import.
