Hello, I get this message often "Your computer must reboot to finish a previous upgrade of Zotero" and when I click this I get the same message again and again. What can be wrong?
If that doesn't help, just delete the contents of C:\Program Files (x86)\Zotero (Zotero 6) and/or C:\Program Files\Zotero (Zotero 7) and reinstall. Your data won't be affected.
